The Le Saint Michel project is the result of a synergy between two pillars of the same Quebec-based family group: Les Immeubles Almigra (real estate developer) and R3 Construction Inc. Our shareholders have overseen the development of more than 15,000 housing units (reinforced concrete structures) as well as numerous large-scale institutional projects (hospitals, schools, civil engineering). Our recent residential developments include Le de Rome (Montréal-Nord), as well as the Le Liberté and Junon condominium projects.
A deep commitment to the community
We believe that developers have a responsibility to be actively involved in their communities. Over the decades, our group has served on numerous boards of directors (Rivière-des-Prairies Hospital, Pointe-à-Callière Museum) and led major fundraising campaigns for healthcare institutions such as the Montreal Heart Institute and the Jewish General Hospital.
